  • Parkland, Public Space, and Intensification for City of Burlington, ON
    • Worked as team leader in consultation with Burlington staff to provide a 72-page report on parkland strategies for “built-out” municipalities
    • Wrote majority of report and delivered presentation to large group of Ontario planners
  • Official Plan Implementation Strategy for City of Windsor, ON
    • Collaboratively worked with a team to provide an implementation strategy for an official plan and secondary plans 
  • Demographic and Descriptive Analysis of London, ON
    • Independently produced report using census data and relevant documents
    • Developed a cohort component analysis to support policy recommendations for age-friendly development
  • Employment Lands Infill Site Design
    • Designed site plan using ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Artlantis that conformed to all zoning and other regional and municipal requirements and matched neighbourhood design
    • Presented site plan to Waterloo city staff
  • Development Proposal
    • Provided a pro forma financial statement, site plan, and rendering that would meet requirements of development permit application
    • Project included a diversity of housing and commercial spaces while remaining profitable

Community Schools Alliance
  • Developed and tested a set of indicators to measure the economic impact of school closures in four rural Ontario municipalities
  • Responsible for all research and writing of final 76-page summary report
